Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to business enquiries and review potential careers or consulting opportunities. Submissions go through FormSubmit to Axis's Microsoft 365 business email. You can contact us about access, correction or deletion.

01 — Information you provide

When you contact Axis or submit a careers enquiry, we may receive your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, location, project details, professional background, CV, supporting documents and any other information you choose to provide. Basic technical data may also be processed by the website hosting provider.

02 — Why we use it

We use business enquiries to respond to requests, discuss potential assignments and partnerships, and assess specialist support needs. We use careers and consultant submissions to assess qualifications and potential employment, consulting or project opportunities, and to contact applicants. We may retain appropriate records of these communications.

03 — Website forms and service providers

The Axis website is built and hosted on Framer. Contact and Careers submissions are processed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards them to our Microsoft 365 business email system. These third-party providers, and services supporting our email and IT systems, may process personal information in locations outside Canada.

04 — Disclosure and access

Personal information may be reviewed by Axis representatives and relevant specialists where appropriate for evaluating an enquiry or opportunity. We may disclose it when required by law or with consent. Access is intended to be limited to people who need the information for those purposes. We do not publish CVs submitted through the website.

05 — Protection and retention

We aim to use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of information and to retain it only as long as reasonably required for its collection purpose, relevant business records and applicable legal obligations. No website, email transmission or online storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Information that is no longer required should be securely disposed of.

06 — Your rights and choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable or request deletion, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information.

07 — External websites and changes

Links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, are subject to the privacy terms of those services. We may revise this notice to reflect changes in our operations, providers or legal obligations. The latest version will be published here.
